Healthy Sleep Tip

Today I’d like to share a healthy sleep tip from my free newsletter for overcoming insomnia…

Wiggle Your Toes!

If you’re not relaxed, you’re not going to fall asleep, so today I’m going to show you how to relax by wiggling your toes.

Obviously, you need to be lying in bed on your back.

Now, and this is so simple it’s absurd, simultaneously wiggle your toes on both feet up and down a dozen times or so.

Whoa, that really does relax you, doesn’t it?

Here’s a bonus tip… Wiggle your toes before getting out of bed every morning and then come back to this blog entry to leave a comment to let me know how that worked for you.

Oh, one more thing… click here right now to check out my powerful NightTrain Sleep System CD.

I baby sit my 16 month old granddaughter about 50 hours a week. For some (?) reason, I never have trouble sleeping. Maybe I wiggle my toes enough by chasing her around all day!
    I enjoy your blog.

Brenda, I don’t know how you do it.

We had our grandson spend the night last night and he wore me out in a couple of hours. Though I did also mow the lawn, so maybe that was part of it, eh? :)

Looking back on it, I really don’t know how my wife and I managed to do everything we managed to do as young parents. I need to write on this topic one of these days.

I’m glad you like the blog. I have fun with it. Thanks for taking the time to comment.

  3. Hi Chet!

Love the wiggle your toes for relaxing!!!

I sleep like a log every night now – I am a 69-year-old farmwife and grandmother – find it amazing – since my husband insisted on testing the breakthrough in science that they said could never be done…. its all about Redox signaling. Sure has made a difference in my energy and appetite. I would be honored if you would evaluate these amazing molecules, okay? Even athletes are excited about this ‘super ASEA’.
