		<description>That&#039;s a wonderful meditation and I&#039;ll definitely try it.  Since I retired a little more than a year ago I&#039;ve been doing quite a lot of meditation and yoga as well as sacred circle dance - a form of moving meditation for me.

One of my favorite meditations involves seeing myself (and feeling myself) sitting by a stream.  Whenever a thought starts to intrude on my quietness I place it on a leaf floating downstream and then watch as it disappears into the distance.  Along with the leaf goes the anxiety.</description>
