Makes sense to me. I've learned that single-tasking and being in the moment is much more productive than multi-tasking. I also use lists- the paper kind. I like your idea of listing 3 priorities though- very do-able.

It's been awhile since I canceled my subscription, but I believe I found an email address in the magazine to write to to cancel. It was on the table of contents page or close to it, if I recall properly (always problematic at this point in my life).

Somebody sent me a subscription to Newsweek, now I just want to get rid of the magazine and the person that sent it to me. Where do I send the letter to cancel the subscription. Help save the trees and quit printing this trash.

Steve, with a recipe like this one, I just ignore all the food combining rules and instead mix up a batch and eat it and see how I feel. Over the years, I've learned that my body and how it reacts to food, exercise, stress, and so on shows me the right path to meet my health goals. Rules are nice but all too often they just plain don't work for everyone.

OK...I just started looking at acid...alkali combinations and I'm curious how this recipe(although it sounds really good), does not violate one of the nine regarding protien and fruit?

I tried everything, yes urine too, with a severe case of fungus, plus eczema in between toes; lamisil, fucidin, everything, but it only went away when I stopped eating sugar and white flour foods (wheat). Also must keep the area clean and dry, very important! Now all is well, however, will soak, dry, put gauze between toes to keep them dry, daily, forever! Bonus to the no sugar, wheat regime, I lost 30 lbs. in 3 months! Great!
