For this week’s meditation, we turn to the Tao te Ching where we learn…
Those who know do not talk.
Those who talk do not know.
Take a deep breath.
Hold for a second.
Exhale slowly and start to focus inwardly.
Repeat two or three more times.
Now you’re not talking.
Now you’re knowing.
Stay with your breathing and be happy in this blissful place of knowing as long as time or circumstance allow.
