EGGLESS FRENCH TOAST
3 ripe bananas
1 cup almond milk or other milk substitute
2 Tbs molasses or maple syrup
1/4 tsp cinnamon
7 slices whole wheat bread
Mash bananas in a bowl. Add almond milk, molasses or maple syrup, and cinnamon. Stir well. Soak bread in above mixture. Fry in butter on both sides over medium heat.
Pretty good eating!
